Physics Refractive Index Question: Endoscope?

Physics Refractive Index Question: Endoscope?

An endoscope is being used to view the stomach of a patient. The refractive index of the core of the optical
fibre being used to carry light from the external source to the stomach is 1.62. How long does it take light
from the external source to reach the end a 1.2 m fibre if the light travels:

i) along the fibre axis (i.e. parallel to the wall of the fibre)?

ii) at an angle of 20â—¦ from the axis?

I'm not sure what formula is needed for this question, I appreciate any help that can be given
