I need some help with a Physics problem?

1) A speeder passes a parked cop, traveling at 45 m/s, the officers reaction time is 2.00s. Thepolice car accelerates at 3.5m/s^2. During the chase they pass a young child standing by the side of the road twirling a ball on the end of a rope in a vertical circle at 10m/s. Once the officer catches up to the speeder, the speeder makes a run for it, the officer fires a warning shot (traveling at 300m/s) at an angle of 38.5° above the horizontal from a height of 1.2m, unfortunately in the direction of a large pressurized water tank (P=3.5x10^5 Pa), hitting the tank 2.00m above the base. The tank holds 425 mi of water and has a radius 3.00m, the bullet makes a hole with a radius .50cm.
Find-
-Time it takes for the cop to catch up to the speeder?
-How far they traveled before the cop catches up to the speeder?
-The cops final velocity when he catches the speeder?
-How far away from the officer was the tank?
-Time it take for the bullet to travel from the gun to the tank?
-Maximum height the bullet reaches?
-Tension in the rope at the bottom and top of the circle as the boy twirls it if the mass of the ball is .25kg?
-How fast does the water leak from the bullet hole?
-How long does it take for the tank to stop leaking?(assume it drains at constant rate)
-How much water has leaked from the tank?
