HELP!! with my math homework!

So were doing a mini me project and ill give you on of my measurements torso height is 40cm but now i need to choose a scale factor so i can make a mini 2D version of my self on paper 8 1/2 by 11 inches but i dont knoow how to pick a scale factor PLZ help ps this is do tomorrow any help is sooooooooooo appeciated!!!
