Computer Science and Economics for Investment Banking

o I am interested in going into investment banking and I am going to be a sophomore at umich. I was wondering if it is advisable to do a comp. sci. and econ. double major? My reason for wanting to do both is that Investment banking is hard to get into and I would want a fall back just in case it is not possible to get a job, but my worry with taking comp. sci. is that it will lower my gpa making myself not as good an applicant to banks. I know comp. sci. is hard (I am currently taking a introductory programming class and don't find it that difficult, I have an A), but would I be penalized for having a low gpa with two somewhat hard degrees?

Update 1: Also how would this look like to a hedge fund versus an investment bank?
