A marketing researcher is interested in finding the most effective way to persuade people. He decides to study two aspects of persuasion: The expertise of the person giving the persuasive measure (high expertise versus low expertise) and the importance of the issue to the targets of persuasion (high importance versus low importance). Expertise and Importance are combined into four treatment groups:
(1) high expertise and high importance
(2) high expertise and low importance
(3) low expertise and high importance
(4) low expertise and low importance
After subjects listen to the persuasive message, they complete a measure of their attitudes on a scale with values ranging from 1 to 30 where higher scores indicate greater levels of attitude change. Please identify all of the statements below that are accurate
