Bio question !!?

One of Mendel's Characters in pea plants was stem length. He determined that tall was dominant to dwarf (short) stem length. Molecular biologists have determined that the gene responsible for stem length encodes an enzyme involved in the synthesis of the hormone gibberellin. What can we say about the T and t alleles?

Select one:

a. The T allele encodes the hormone gibberellin. The t allele encodes the enzyme that makes gibberellin.
b. The T allele includes the DNA sequence that can be transcribed into the mRNA for an enzyme involved in the metabolic pathway that creates the hormone gibberellin. The t allele is a mutated form of that gene that does not result in a protein.
c. The T allele encodes the enzyme for adding a hydroxyl group to a molecule that is eventually converted to gibberellin. The t allele encodes a different protein that suppresses the transcription of the T allele.
d. The T allele encodes a normally functioning enzyme that is involved in the synthesis of the hormone gibberellin. The t allele encodes a different version of the same enzyme - it differs by one amino acid. The difference decreases the rate of reaction of the enzyme resulting in lower levels of gibberellin.
