I need help on Heat Transfer Question.?

A one shell-passes and 8 tubes-passes counter flow heat exchanger is used to heat glycerin (Cp=2.5kJ/kg.C) from 28C to 60C by hot water (Cp=4.18kJ/kg.C). Hot water enters a thin walled, 1.5cm diameter tubes at temperature of 90C and leaves at 50C. The total length of the tubes in the heat exchanger is 120m. The convection heat transfer coefficient is 30W/m2.C for the glycerin (shell side) and 270W/m2.C for water (tube side).

Calculate the rate of heat transfer in the heat exchanger by using Log Mean Temperature Different method.

I tried several times but my solutions are wrong. That is why I can to see anyone's solution so that I can compare with mine. Thanks!
