Light or Electron Microscopy?

For:
-Movement of chromosomes during anaphase - I said yes for LM (specifically using bright field), and yes for EM (using TEM).
-The distribution of membrane proteins that span the lipid bilateral of the plasma membrane in plant cells - I said yes to LM (Phase-contrast), and yes to EM (TEM).
-Cell viability (alive or dead) - yes to LM (bright field), and yes to EM (Scanning Electron Microscopy)
-Thylakoids in a plant cell - I said no to LM, yes to EM (TEM)
-The association of 2 specific proteins in a living animal plasma membrane - yes to LM (confocal Microscopy), and yes to EM.

Er...could anyone possibly see if there is any fault in my answers. Thanks so much in advance!
