Physics Question (uniform circular motion)?

A roller coster ride contains a giant vertical loop: a circle of radius 8.50m.

a) What is the minimum speed required at the top of the loop so that passengers stay in contact with the seats and not fall out?

Confused about a) since I was only given the radius of the loop, no time unit component is given, so how do we approach the problem?

b) suppose a 50kg passenger rides the roller coaster car through the top of the loop at a speed of 11m/s. What is the magnitude of the normal force from her seat? What percentage of her weight is this?

Please explain each answer if you can solve the problem! Thanks!
