Thermodynamics/ throttling question?

Thermodynamics/ throttling question?

The question given is:

Carbon dioxide enters a throttling device at 2 m/s. If h1 = 2,834,000 J/kg and h2 = 2,824,900 J/kg determine the exit velocity of carbon dioxide.

My teacher gave us the following formula for throttling questions:

0 = ṁ(ΔH + ΔKE)

So a change in H is given as is the initial velocity, but I am unsure of how to find mass to solve this problem.
