Families of Equations HELP, DESPERATELY NEEDED!!!?

k(x)=ax^3+bx^2+30 
Where: -0.002<a<-0.0005 
-0.06<b<-0.01 
• The section begins where k(x)=0 
• The gradient at (0,30) will be zero. 
• The section must intersect the x-axis at no more than 45 units away from the y-axis (Hint: it will be in the negative direction) 
• The angle of the track cannot exceed 49° 

1. Investigate possible values of b and the family of curves created by varying the values of a and b. 
2. Discuss and compare possible values of a and b which would provide a feasible solution.
