MATHS TRIGONOMETRY WORD SOLVING EQUATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS HELP FOR TEST TOMORROW?

Maths trig test tomorrow, freaking out!! I know we have to calculate the height of a building and I've already done that using the similar triangles method and the trigonometry method (measuring angle and distance from the building to where I stand) but the question for this says that if people were to paint that building, how high would the ladder have to be( angle between 60-70 degrees) and calculating min and maximum. Would I have to calculate the hypotenuse for this? And when I have calculate it, for the assumptions, do I pick the minimum height because people don't actually stand on top of the ladders and the ladder doesn't have to be exactly reach the top of the building since the persons height would be added on when they paint it? Sorry if this makes no sense. Also what other things can affect the outcome? Thanks
