Finding Cartesian equations involving trig from parametric equations ? Help?

So I'm struggling understanding and doing this part of this topic , can you answer these examples and giving explained method in each answer :

1.A curve has parametric equations x=4sinθ , y=sin2θ . Find a Cartesian equation of the curve, giving your answer in the form y^2=f(x)

2.A curve has parametric equations x=tanθ+secθ , y=tanθ-secθ. Find a Cartesian equation of the curve.

3.Find Cartesian equation of the curve given by the parametric equations x=2sin2θ-1 y=cosθ

4.Find Cartesian equation for the curve x=2cosθ + sinθ , y=cosθ.

You don't have to answer them all(if you don't want to) just any help with answering these types of question would really help, as I'm really confused about how to answer them. Thanks !
