Help math problem grade 7 !? need help?

My problem is that I don't know how to draw what is being asked , I'm confused !! please help 

ON the perpendicular bisector (xy) of segment [AB] AND ON opposite 
sides of this segment, take two points M and N. 

Consider ON [MA] and [MB] respectively the points C and D 
such that MC=MD. 

Consider ON [NA] and [NB] respecitvely the points E and F such that 
NE=NF
