Help! I am trying to figure out an unknown microbe for a Microbiology project and I can not figure it out.?

So far may according to the data I have collected it is a small gram negative rod. It grows easily in a standard agar in round red colonies. It is oxidase negative and catalase positive. It is also non-motile and is can not ferment lactose. Please HELP!!
