Mechanical Principles - Fluid Systems?

I have some Mechanical Principles questions that I don't understand. Can anyone explain the steps and the answer?

1) Part of a sea defence consists of asection of vertical rectangular concrete wall 4 metres high and 7 metres long. Taking the density of the sea water to be 1025 kg/m3 (3 is for cubed), calculate:
a) the average hydrostatic thrust on this section at an instant when the sea is tranquil and just reaches the top of the sea wall;
b) the distance from the sea floor of the centre of pressure on the wall section;
c) the overturning moment experienced by the wall section.

2) A submersible whose total volume is 60 m3 (3 for cubed) is completely submerged in a part of the sea where the density is 1026 kg/m3 (3 for cubed). Determine the upthrust on the submersible.
