Water flow (Fluid Mechanics) exercise. Please help!!!?



I've been dealing with this exercise for over a week now and I just can't do it. I really hope anyone can help me 

Water inside a tank is discharged from pipe BC and pipe BD. The distance between the surface of water in the tank and the discharge outlet is 11m. For AB, inner diameter is 38mm and length is 58m; For BC, inner diameter is 32mm and length is 12.5m; For CD, inner diameter is 26mm and length is 14m, all including the equivalent length, λ=0.03. Estimate, 

a) when BC is closed, the maximum flow rate of water in m3/h. 

b) when all the valves are open, the flow rate in BC and BD in m3/h. (absolute roughness is 0.15 mm, density of water is 1000 kg/m3, viscosity is 0.001Pa·s)
