Chemistry ICE problem help, please.

Formamide, used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, dyes, and agricultural chemicals, decomposes at high temperatures.
HCONH2(g) ⇌ NH3(g) + CO(g)
Kc = 4.84 at 400K

If 0.188 mol HCONH2(g) dissociates in a 2.18 −L flask at 400 K, what will be the total pressure at equilibrium?

I got 60.6 atm, but the answer is 5.61 atm. Can someone help with the steps. Do I have to use Molarity in the ICE chart or moles. How do I find pressure?
