Cooling water - Thermodynamics?

Detailed explanation of this question would be appreciated, not just the answer since I gotta learn how to do this!
Thanks!

In the condenser of the power plant, saturated liquid vapor mix at 40℃, x=0.9 is isobarically condensed to saturated liquid state, the mass flow rate is 12 t/h. The heat rejected from the condensing steam is added to the cooling water flow, which is heated from 20℃ to 30℃. Determine the mass flow rate of cooling water
