2 physics problems i need help on?

1) A Frisbee of mass 85g is caught by a chihuahua in his teeth. The dog masses twice the Frisbee and is horizontally still at impact. If they move horizontally together at 8m/s then how fast was the Frisbee flying? 

2) A 200kg turtle running at a speed of .4m/s jumps onto a stationary skateboard that masses 3.6kg. The turtle slows to 2m/s by shooting the skateboard out from under him. How fast is the skateboard moving? and how long does it take a barrier of shaving cream that provides an average braking force of .2N?
