As I informed you verbally that my eldest son has been transferred here and he would need separate accommodation, so I am constrained to ask you to vacate the house occupied by you.

As per clause7 of the mutual rent deed, I need to give you one month’s notice to vacate the house. This letter is being written in compliance to the clause7 of the rent deed.

Please vacate the house at the earliest but not later than one month from the date of receipt of this notice.

I regret the inconvenience caused to you.
