Refund Policy

We have a track record of maximum satisfaction and minimum refunds. In the unfortunate event of dissatisfaction with the service, we are committed to resolve the matter with issuing full or partial refund for the services our clients opt for. The entitlement of refund is based on the following terms and conditions:

1. Plagiarized Solution: The client is entitled for a full refund in case the solution is found to be plagiarized above the permissible limits.
2. Inaccuracy: If the solution is found to be inaccurate, the client is entitled for full or partial refund based on the extent of inaccuracy. The solution will be considered wrong/inaccurate if more than 40% of the content is found to be wrong or misleading.
3. Work not as per Instructions: If the solution provided is not as per the instructions, the clients can raise concerns and all necessary steps will be taken to rectify the solution. If needed, the work will be redone until the client is satisfied with the work. In case the client is still not satisfied, we will initiate an investigation on the matter and refund will only be approved after thorough discussions with the client and expert.
4. Grade Guarantee: Although we do not guarantee a specific grade for the services we offer, but we assure a descent grade based on the instructions provided by the client. The services and solutions we provide as for reference only and it should not be submitted as it is by the clients.
5. Editing or Amendments: We welcome any amendments or editing needed to make the solution better, but if the amendment request deviates from original instructions by a good margin then we may demand for additional price for the additional work. In such case, no refunds(full or partial) will be issued.
6. Late Delivery: In the event of late delivery, our clients are entitled for full or partial refund based on the situation or reason for delay. The reasons may include any medical emergencies of the expert, technical issues etc. The exact amount of refund will be decided based on discussion with the client.
7. Cancellation: if the client decides to cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order, then a full refund will be issued. The client is not entitled for full refund once the 3 hours period is over. In such case, a nominal fee will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be issued after 24 hours of placing the order.

Once we confirm the issue of refund, the same will be processed within 3-4 days time and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used.
